I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to release what no longer serves, clear enough to hear our inner wisdom, and supported enough to trust our path.

My work centers on energetic healing and intuitive guidance by blending specific healing modalities that support where you are and where you want to go for deep transformation and spiritual clarity.  I serve as a facilitator and conduit - holding sacred space for healing, insight, and alignment to your highest self.

With a background rooted in structure, discernment, and leadership, I bring a grounded, intentional approach to my spiritual work.  My sessions are designed to help you feel seen, clear, supported, and empowered rather than overwhelmed.  I help you remember your inner power and how to hear your heart's messages.
